The Directorate for Procurement is responsible for:
a. Ensuring and developing all procurement activities in compliance with the law and the rules of public procurement as well as the rules for the management of public finances
b. Initiating and carrying out the supply procedure and the activity with the procurement contract for the Assembly needs
c. Drafting of the annual procurement plan proposal, according to the requirements of the organizational units
d. Coordinating procurement activities with the Public Procurement Agency (PPA), the Public Procurement Regulatory Commission (PPRC) and the Procurement Review Body (PRB)
e. Signing procurement contracts according to the law
f. Monitoring the implementation of the contracts of economic operators
