Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo is open for all local and foreign citizens.

Visits of citizens in the building of the Assembly, attendance of plenary sessions, familiarizing with the organization, work and functioning of the Assembly, comprise a significant share of activities.

Plan your visit early, in order to meet with your elected officials, to walk around the building, get a close view of the rooms where plenary sessions are held, committee meetings, etc.

Learn on the composition of the Assembly and its functions,

Committees and parliamentary groups,

How laws are adopted, overseen and implemented.

 


 

Procedures on filing a request for visit

1. Download and complete the form (request) to visit the Assembly of Kosovo;

2. Send the completed form in the address: [email protected];

3. Requests should be submitted at least 5 days prior to the visit in the Assembly;

4. You will be informed by the responsible officer of the Assembly on your request.

Information on the entry and stay in the assembly

 

If your request for visit is approved, please arrive in the Assembly at least 10 minutes prior to the time scheduled for the visit.

When entering in the Assembly, you must show a personal identification document (passports for foreign citizens).

You will then go through a security check, in line with the security rules in the building of the Assembly.

When attending the plenary session, all actions that obstruct the work of the meeting are prohibited, such as: speaking loudly, use of telephones, carrying of banners, or other activities which are not compliant with the rules of order for plenary sessions or obstruct or prevent its work.

Due to the limited number of seats and the agenda of the Assembly, you request to attend the plenary session may require over one week for approval.
